The human body and mind has evolved to heal and when it doesn’t do so spontaneously it can be helpful to reach out for help.

Disconnection (from our true nature, from supportive people, from the natural world) is at the heart of a great deal of our suffering and the suffering we see around us.

Patterns in nature often mimic patterns within ourselves.

Attempting to ‘fix’ ourselves, or someone else often makes the problem worse

Insight is powerful but needs to be grounded in behaviour change

    Positive clinical outcomes are largely driven by the level of connection between therapist and client.   Technique is useful but secondary.
